Order Processing Time

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.

Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be minimal.

 

The Shipping Process (in Working Days) Is as Follows:

Delivery time = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time

Order preparation

Once your order information is received, we will process the order:

(1) Check the order details.

(2) Clear product production renderings

(3) Check your shipping address.

(4) Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.

(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

Please make sure the address you provide is detailed (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This may delay shipment.

Once your order shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.

Compensation for Late Delivery

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email info@shineneon.com,  and we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase within 24 hours.

If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, but over 24 hours, you can cancel your order, but we will only refund 80% of your money.

Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

About Customs

In rare cases, orders may be charged customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs, duties, or tariffs.

About Sales Tax

We do not charge any sales tax on orders.
