How We Make Your Sign

  1. You send us your design. Upload your text, logo, or artwork through our free mockup form. You can also describe what you want and our designers will create options for you.
  2. We create a mockup. Within 1 hour, you receive a professional design preview showing exactly how your sign will look — colors, size, font, and layout. This is free, with no obligation.
  3. You approve and order. Once you're happy with the design, place your order. We don't start production until you've approved the final mockup.
  4. We handcraft your sign. Our technicians bend 8mm silicone-jacketed LED neon tubing to match your design, mount it on a 5mm acrylic backing board, wire the connections, and attach the 12V power supply.
  5. Quality check and ship. Every sign is powered on and inspected for brightness uniformity, color accuracy, and structural integrity before packing. Signs ship in custom foam-lined boxes to prevent damage in transit.

Our Materials

  • Acrylic backing: 5mm thick laser-cut acrylic. Available in clear, black, or cut-to-shape options.
  • Power supply: UL-certified 12V DC adapter. Low voltage for safe indoor operation.
  • Wiring: All connections are soldered (not crimped) and heat-shrink sealed for reliability and safety.
