Shipping usually takes another 5–7 business days after production. Once your sign is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details. Express shipments are handled through carriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS depending on the destination.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once production begins, personalized items generally cannot be returned because they are made specifically for you. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact support immediately so we can help.
