Can you help if I only have an idea?

Yes. Send your words, logo, artwork or a description of your idea. Our team can help with the design and recommend a size that fits your space and can be manufactured.

When will I receive my first design?

Our standard first design service runs within 24 hours, including weekends. If a complex project or a technical issue requires more time, our team will email a delay update within 12 hours and take over personally.

How many design revisions can I request?

We do not limit design revisions before production. We work with you until you are happy with the design. Changes to size, materials or lighting can change the quote; we confirm the revised design and price before production.

Is installation support included?

We include remote installation guidance, drawings and standard accessory support, with a plan tailored to your project. Complex installations that require extra cables or other materials may cost more; these are quoted in advance. This service is remote guidance.

Can I request outdoor use, color effects or a bulk order?

Yes. Tell us your location, installation conditions, lighting preferences and quantity. We will recommend the construction and configuration for your project, including outdoor or waterproof requirements, RGB or Full Color effects and dimensional letters. Available effects depend on the approved configuration.
