What should I check before mounting?
Confirm the final position, make sure the lead cable can reach a power outlet, and check that your wall or ceiling can support the sign and hardware. Disconnect power while installing.
Can every sign use adhesive strips?
No. Adhesive strips are suitable only for lightweight signs on clean, smooth surfaces. Use the included mounting hardware for heavier signs or textured surfaces.
How do I connect the remote?
Connect the neon sign to the RF receiver, connect the receiver to the power adapter, then plug in the adapter. Use the power button and color wheel after the sign switches on.
What if my sign does not turn on?
Check the wall outlet and push every connection fully into place. If it still does not illuminate, disconnect power and send our support team a short video showing the sign, adapter, receiver, and connections.
Can I install my neon sign outdoors?
Only signs specifically ordered for outdoor use should be installed outside. Keep the power adapter and all connections dry, choose a covered location when possible, and contact us before installation if you are unsure about your sign's rating.
How should I clean and care for my sign?
Switch off and unplug the sign first. Remove dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, excess moisture, and pulling or bending the LED tubing while cleaning.
