Which size should I choose?

Sizes are measured on the longest side of the sign. Measure the wall space you have, then check our Size Guide to compare.

Do I need an electrician? How do I hang it?

No electrician needed. It plugs into any standard outlet with the included 12V adapter.

Hang it with the included hanging chains, or fix it to the wall with the included screws. Installation instructions are in the box.

Can I dim it or change the light effects?

Yes. The included remote turns the sign on and off, adjusts the brightness, and switches between light effects.

What if my sign arrives damaged?

Every sign is packed in protective foam, but if yours arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos and a video of the sign.
  2. Take a photo of the package with the shipping label visible.
  3. Email them to info@shineneon.com.

We’ll take care of it right away, and a damaged sign is replaced free of charge.

Can I use it outdoors?

Our signs are made for indoor use as standard. For outdoor use, we can build your sign with an outdoor upgrade for an extra fee. Email info@shineneon.com before you order and we’ll quote the upgrade.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

For 2 years, contact us about any problem with your sign. If it’s a quality issue on our side, we provide free technical support and replacement parts.

After 2 years, you can still reach out. We’ll look at your sign’s condition and help with further technical support.
