1) 🔌 Is this sign USB powered (5V)?

Yes. This sign is 5V USB powered and plugs in via a standard USB port.

2) 🔋 What power adapter is included? Can I use a phone charger?

It uses a standard USB connection, so you can use most phone chargers / USB wall adapters. (Adapter inclusion depends on your selected option/package.)

3) 💻 Can I power it with a laptop USB port or a power bank?

Yes. You can power it from a laptop USB port or a power bank, making it easy to use in different rooms or on the go.

4) 📏 How long is the power cable, and where is the on/off switch?

The power cable is 79 inches (2 meters ) long. The on/off switch is on the cable, so it’s convenient to reach and use.

5) 🎚️ Is it dimmable? Does it come with a dimmer?

Yes. It’s dimmable with 5 brightness levels, so you can adjust the light for different spaces and moods.

6) 🌙 How bright is it in real life? Is it suitable for a bedroom?

It’s bright and vibrant, but not harsh. For bedrooms, you can use the dimmer to set a comfortable brightness level (5 levels available).

7) 🛠️ How do I mount it on the wall? What hardware is included? Are there pre-drilled holes?

We pre-drill mounting holes for you. Your package includes hanging chain, hooks, and advertising nails, so it’s ready to install right out of the box.

8) ✅ Is it safe to run for hours? Does it get hot? Is it safe around kids/pets?

Yes. It runs on low voltage (5V) and is made for safe daily use. Slight warmth is normal after long use, but it shouldn’t get noticeably hot.

9) 🌧️ Is it for indoor only, or can it be used outdoors? Is it waterproof?

By default, it’s for indoor use. If you need outdoor/waterproof, we can upgrade it to a weatherproof version—contact us before ordering.

10) 🧱 What is the backboard made of? Will it arrive safely?

It uses a 5mm thick, high-clarity acrylic backboard for strength and durability. We also use protective packaging, so it’s designed to arrive safely.

11) 🛡️ What’s the warranty? What if it arrives damaged or stops working?

We offer a 2-year warranty. If it arrives damaged or has a quality issue, contact us anytime: info@shinenon.com. We also support replacement accessories if needed.
